PALMER II TOP - PORTO

The bestselling Palmer top is back - the PALMER II is the same multiway top with different finishes. We removed the clasp backing + added some length to make it easier to wear as a halter style and added a frill detail to the cups. This top can be tied a number of different ways so you'll always be able to mix up your look.
